Job Description
This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Birmingham Disaster Loan Service Center in Forth Worth, TX. Incumbent provides legal advisory services to Office of Financial Program Operations National Disaster Loan Servicing Center.
Qualifications:
GS-12: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Experience working with a variety of collateral, business types, loan programs (504 and 7A), or general economic conditions; Performing in depth legal research with respect to creditor/debtor rights, collateral liquidation and post loan default collection actions; Performing in depth analysis of obligor's financial statements, tax returns, and earning potential of a variety of a business enterprises, making recommendations for residential and commercial/business loan request of servicing/liquidation actions; AND Experience with bankruptcy laws pertaining to secured and unsecured debts and creditor's rights within bankruptcy proceedings These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume.
