Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise?

The Free plan lets you explore TalentLane with no time limit. We don't offer a separate Pro trial, but annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 14 days if unsatisfied.

How does the AI usage limit work?

TalentLane has several AI features with different limits. Resume review is a seeker feature — any job seeker can run up to 3 AI reviews of their resume per day, on any plan. Job description generator is a Pro+ feature — generate a complete job description from a title and experience level; Pro employers get 5 per day, Enterprise is unlimited. Job posting review is a Pro+ feature — AI quality score and suggestions for a published job; Pro gets 10 per month, Enterprise is unlimited. Candidate match scoring is Enterprise-only and runs without limits.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely by Stripe. Bank transfers are available for annual Enterprise plans — contact us to arrange.

What are trackable share links?

Share links let you track exactly which platform — LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, or Email — is sending you the most traffic and applications. Go to Manage Jobs, click the share icon on any job, and generate a unique tracked link per platform. Every click and every application that came from that link is recorded, so you can see your conversion rate per channel in the Metrics dashboard under Traffic Sources. Available on Pro and Enterprise. Enterprise also unlocks QR Code links (for print/physical channels) and Custom channel links (for paid ads or A/B testing).
