Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your billing portal at any time with no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free automatically.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise?
The Free plan lets you explore TalentLane with no time limit. We don't offer a separate Pro trial, but annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 14 days if unsatisfied.
How does the AI usage limit work?
On Pro, each AI resume review or job quality analysis counts as one usage. Counts reset on your monthly billing date. Enterprise subscribers have no limits — all AI features run without caps.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely by Stripe. Bank transfers are available for annual Enterprise plans — contact us to arrange.
