Management & Program Analyst
Job Description
You will serve as a Management And Program Analyst in the Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) Business Office.
Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Leading and executing the end-to-end estimate process for customer-funded workload, ensuring alignment with operational capability, financial requirements, and contractual constraints; 2) Serving as primary liaison between customers, contracting, and financial management, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with execution timelines; 3) Developing and maintaining databases and tracking tools to monitor estimate status, funding execution, and program performance across multiple workload lines; 4) Preparing reports, briefings, and data products for leadership that communicate program status, funding execution, and operational Impacts; 5) Applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to assess program performance, identify trends, evaluate risks, and develop recommendations for improvement.
