REGIONAL DISPATCH TRAINING & QUALITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Regional Dispatch Training & Quality Specialist of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.Provide instruction and training, lead, teach using various teaching techniques and training tools to effectively instruct others. 2) Processing and recording pertinent data for incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatching the appropriate responding fire, ambulance and police units. 3) Operating 9-1-1 systems to include Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), radio dispatch equipment, recording devices and multi-function telephones. 4) Perform emergency dispatching, make critical decision, and effectively communicate and multi-task.
