Supervisory Program Management Specialist

Serves as a Front-Line Manager within a Flight Standards organization. The incumbent will execute the Agency¿s aviation safety mission, while responsible for communicating and building change coalitions, seeking out opportunities to involve teams in supporting change across the organization, and employing best practices for sponsoring change and managing resistance. Qualifications: To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I/FG/GS-13 grade level. Specialized experience is that which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: experience monitoring and evaluating programs for compliance with regulations and standards.
