Administrative Officer

This position serves as an Administrative Officer for the 142 CMO. The duty location for this position is Fort Worth or Irving TX. Qualifications: FV-G: To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F (FG/GS 5/7/9). Specialized experience is defined as experience organizing office administrative functions in support of daily operations and purchasing supplies and equipment adhering to regulatory and procedural requirements; experience using computer software applications to prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, graphs, etc.; and support management in tracking and managing various administrative and operations programs and projects. FV-H: To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G (FG/GS 10/11). Specialized experience is defined as experience in applying management principles, methods and techniques to solve problems of the organization; experience with the general management of an organization; experience developing and securing fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and run an organization. OR; Education substitution for FV-G: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR a combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. There is no education substitution at the FV-H level. Foreign education must be evaluated by a private professional organization specializing in interpretation of foreign education credentials or an accredited US educational institution in terms of equivalency to a degree acquired at an American college or university. A copy of the evaluation results must be included, otherwise your foreign education will not be considered. If you are qualifying based upon your education, you must submit your college transcripts.
