UX Designer

We're looking for a thoughtful UX Designer to join our small-but-mighty design team and help shape how thousands of developers interact with our product. **What you'll do** - Lead end-to-end design for two product squads - Run usability research sessions and synthesise insights - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma specs - Champion design system adoption across product and marketing **Requirements** - 3+ years of UX or product design experience in a software product - Strong Figma skills; experience contributing to a design system - Ability to communicate design decisions with data and research - Portfolio showing end-to-end product design work **Nice to have** - Experience designing developer-facing tools (CLIs, APIs, dashboards) - Motion design or prototyping in ProtoPie / Principle
