Applicants who have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.** THIS IS AN DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA). -- This is NOT a REMOTE position; the incumbent will report to a Duty Station -- Qualifications: Area II: Current Competitive and Excepted Federal employees nationwide and individuals eligible for veterans' preference. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administer, supervise, promote, coordinate, conduct and evaluate programs, activities, and opportunities designed to provide individualized career or self development education plans. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience in managing the function of work to be performed. Experience that includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
