Management and Program Analyst

The incumbent works in a team environment providing advice and guidance to other team members in the areas of workforce planning and related ATO policy. Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager or higher level professional. Oversees work of lower level staff, helping to resolve complex issues and day-to-day issues. Qualifications: To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes two or more of the following: Experience conducting management studies, program analysis, interpreting laws and policies, strategic planning/creating charts/graphs and other data to analyze and draw conclusions, process improvement, or experience with workforce planning/position management.
